We can provide detailed specifications for the remediation of damp and timber defects including specifications for proposed cellar and basement conversions.

If the use of chemical treatments becomes necessary, we can provide specifications that will ensure the responsible use of the appropriate chemical, quantities and its safe application.

The service can provide clients, who have a maintenance or trade team, with a detailed specification report from which to work. Alternatively, the specification can be used to form part of a tender document.

At the client request, we are also able to undertake site visits at key stages of the project, ensuring any remedial works implemented comply with the specification.

We can provide detailed design and installation specifications, offering guidance on a few points or the complete project.
