Exposure Surveying Ltd are independent consultants undertaking investigations into the causes of building defects.

Specialising in non-destructive testing of structural timber using ultrasonic and microdrill instrumentation, investigations into the causes of dampness within buildings and environmental monitoring of the built environment.

We can be commissioned to undertake investigations, condition assessments and monitoring of buildings including awkward structures utilising rope access techniques. This allows us to assess building defects in the most remote parts of the structure, quickly, cost effectively and sensitively.

Recent investigations have included defects found in historic buildings, condition assessments of structures and sculptures in public spaces.
