Company founder and surveyor, Lee Harper, arrived in this, his chosen profession by pursuing his passion for investigating building defects. With the benefit of having a comprehensive building background established on restoration and renovation projects, a wealth of experience and understanding of building materials and practices has been amassed. This understanding of the built environment continually proves to be beneficial for the identification and diagnosis of building defects. Time spent undertaking building diagnostic investigations in France and studying defects caused by the House longhorn beetle (Hylotrupes bajulus) proved to be an invaluable experience whilst undertaking subsequent investigations in the south-east of England.

We are Certificated Surveyors in Remedial Treatments (C.S.R.T) providing an impartial and independent service to our clients. 

Our investment into the company’s continued development programme (C.D.P) ensures that we strive to keep abreast of developments within our field.
